1. Introduction

Welcome to WorCo.io ("we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of WorCo.io, our CRM and platform designed for rental and service-based businesses.

By using WorCo.io, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

2. Service Description

WorCo.io is a SaaS platform that helps companies and professionals manage clients, bookings, and schedules through workflow platform tools. It may include optional integrations with third-party productivity or analytics services (for example, Google Sheets, Notion, or similar tools).

We continuously improve the product and reserve the right to modify or update features at any time.

3. Account & Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and keep it up to date.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used for unlawful purposes.

4. Payments & Subscriptions

WorCo.io offers subscription plans processed through our authorized payment providers. All payments, billing, and invoicing are securely handled by our payment processors in accordance with their own Terms and Privacy Policies. We support both traditional payment methods and cryptocurrency payments for your convenience.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are handled according to our payment providers' refund procedures. If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact support@worco.io within 14 days of the transaction.

6. Intellectual Property

All platform code, text, graphics, and platform logic belong to WorCo.io or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• use WorCo.io for illegal or fraudulent activities;
• attempt to access other users' data;
• interfere with the platform's operation or security;
• resell access without consent.

Violation may result in immediate termination.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WorCo.io and its owner are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

The total liability shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the service during the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Thailand.
